Service Promise
We offer competitive prices on an extensive range of products to our washroom hygiene customers.
We take pride in the knowledge that we are able to offer an advisory service on consumable products; and that we are able to extend this advisory service to washrooms, deep cleaning, legionella testing, hand hygiene, floor care and air & water purification.
Albany Facilities Ltd is ISO9001, ISO14001 and Safe Contractor accredited.
Delivery
All orders are subject to a delivery charge. This is dependable on geographical location and total weight (kg) of the order. If the delivery address is within in the M25 and over £100 will be delivered free of charge, however, there will be a £1 charge for addresses within the congestion zone.

We strongly believe in customer service and offer a personal service to all of our customers.
We appreciate feedback and would welcome any comments regarding our service or the product range we offer.
Product Range
We stock a large range of products from leading brands such as Ecover, Kimberly Clark, Andrex and Katrin. Our website is regularly updated with new products but if there is a product you require that isn’t available, please feel free to contact us.
Our website is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards, so that all orders are paid for before dispatch. Credit accounts are available upon request and are subject to credit checks.
Returns
Once you have received your goods, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer you an exchange of your choice, or a refund. Please note that all returns must be received with 21 days of receipt, unused and in perfect condition complete with packaging. We are unable to refund return postage costs.
